Furever Acres - Testamonials

We started taking our maltese, Molly, to Furever Acres about two years ago. From the very first visit, we knew we had chosen the right place! Cindy and Lindsay are not only experienced, knowledgeable, and loving, but the nicest people you'd ever want to meet! They have created a place where dogs AND their owners can look forward to visiting, even though we are separating for a time. Molly gets excited to see them, even as we approach in the driveway, and I do not stress at all about leaving her there. We always had "babysitters" for our dogs as our children were growing up, and never had to board any of them, so finding a place that feels like home to them was very important to us. Well, we found it, and I am so thankful! We now have a new puppy, Cooper, and I have absolutely no reservations about the care he will receive from Cindy and Lindsay when the time comes to have to board him. I know that within a very short period of time, he will come to love them just as Molly, me, and my family have! -Sue Cummings

	Lindsay, Cindy& Jenna, I wanted to tell you how much I loved spending time with the three of you. My parents were very nervous about kenneling me for the first time, but after my stay there with you they knew that I was in good hands and very comfortable. I can't wait to come back and stay with you again. You treated me like family and my mom & dad could tell that I was well loved and treated wonderfully by my big smile and wagging tail. 	We are so thankful that we found Lindsay and Cindy. Our travel has been limited because we did not want to leave our Nic with strangers but that has changed. From the moment we visited Furever Acres and met the McConnells, we knew that we could travel worry free because our baby would be loved and taken care of as if he was at home. Nic received all the attention, love and exercise that he needed and we came home to a happy and healthy dog. We highly recommend Furever Acres to dog owners who need that special "second home" and the assurance that their pet will be safe and loved. If we were to tell you all the positive things about the McConnell's and Furever Acres, there would not be any space left for anyone else to make a post! Our girls, Java and Tazo, absolutely LOVE going to visit. Both girls are as excited to see Lindsay and Cindy when they arrive as they are to see us when we pick them up. They are treated so well that they think they are part of the McConnell family and since that is how Lindsay and Cindy make us feel, we are not about to tell the girls anything different! We cannot thank the McConnell's enough for the care and love they give our girls or the comforting feeling that we have knowing they are truly being taken care of. We recently had Ares stay at Furever Acres for a week, and he had a wonderful experience! He was obviously very well cared for and, even though he has long fur, there was not a single snarl in sight. I was impressed that we were invited up to check out the place and that all of the dogs have their vaccines and such, so you don't have to worry about them catching something. Plus, Cindy is excellent at responding via email, which is my preferred communication method. Very organized, very clean, very caring about the animals, and very highly recommended. Zebediah and Wilson LOVE Furever Acres. It is a real testament when we are out at a Trial and Wilson gets all excited when he sees Cindy, Lindsay and Jenna! He thinks they are his second family. We love you!!! Heiko and Bono always feel so at home with you. That never happened in other places. That is why I feel so comfortable and happy when we leave them with you. I will never forget how you treat my whole family when we came from California. Heiko and Bono were tired from the trip, but you treated them with so much love and care that they rested and so did we. Thanks!! By the way, all my friends are happy with you too. What a wonderful home away from home! Furever Acres is clean and roomy, both inside and out. They are very attentive and loving. Our dog is happy to go, and relaxed when we pick him up. You and your pet BOTH will love Furever Acres. I would highly recommend. -Jill Laughlin
Mali LOVES to go and see Miss Cindy! She paces and whines in the backseat as we round the bend in the driveway and head to Furever Acres. She loves all the attention Jenna gives her and the play time in the enclosure. I can’t see our family ever taking Mali anyplace else. This is her second home. -Vicki Dean
